At Druva, I played a pivotal role in managing and executing complex data protection projects, ensuring seamless backup and recovery for various environments, including VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. I collaborated closely with sales teams to align project objectives, advised on NetApp storage backup solutions, and led data migration efforts for disaster recovery and cloud infrastructure transitions. My technical expertise extended to configuring SaaS services for SSO, scripting with PowerShell and Python, and integrating backup agents into deployment systems like InTune and Jamf. Additionally, I built and tested cloud labs, created AWS and Azure resources, and provided detailed cost analysis reports to optimize client operations. I also worked extensively with Visual Studio Code, REST and Graph API, Power Shell and Python. We leveraged tools like Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes to build labs and test customer scenarios.

Post sales PS delivery of Netapp controller (AFF/FAS/MCC/CDOT) installs along with some ancillary components like Snapmirror, Snapvault, Snapcenter etc. We also did non-disruptive controller upgrades also known as "headswaps". We did everything from installs in NFL stadiums to nuclear power facilities there was a never a dull moment. Metro cluster installs and helping partners like IBM get their people trained during the transition from 7-mode to cluster mode.

I help develop First American's long term IT strategies. My team is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Unix based IT solutions. We drive down maintenance costs by ensuring old equipment is taken out of production. We increase availability by using change management and incremental change methodology. My team is committed to defining processes that benefit the entire company not just our group. These processes are not only effecitve they are effecient.

Team lead responsible for SAN administration, server implementations as well as daily server administration. SAN duties included: fiber channel adapter configuration, switch configuration, capacity planning, disk space provisioning etc.Server implmentations included: OS installation, disk mirroring, racking, cabling etc. Daily administration included: on-call duties, restores, user adds/removes, tickets, print queue setup, software installations, etc.
