(Under the hood - Kubernetes 🐳 )We are a small team, so I have to combine a lot of different directions (I am a big snowflake - ❄️ ):• Art Direction;• User Experience Design;• Product Management;• Product Marketing;• Analytics.★ Responsibilities⦿ As the Lead Art-worker in my responsibilities include making pragmatic design decisions that balance analytical and creative goals, technical limitations, and business priorities.⦿ Designing affective experiences that build long-term relationships with customers through using best design practices, research, simplification and innovation.⦿ Analysis of markets, of interest to the company (Virtualisation, Infrastructure, Cloud computing, big data, IoT), analysis of competitors' offerings.⦿ Play product manager's role for some cross-functional initiatives with high impact on cx: build business cases, make post-analyses, create and update MRD.⦿ Make detailed plans of key marketing activities (product's logic and plan of implementation) on behalf of Customer Experience with other stakeholders.• Gathering requirements from a number of sources and build a compelling product vision.• Creating product strategy and positioning.• Defining roadmap, competitive advantages.• Creating Personas, CJM, UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.• Designing web apps, landing pages and interactive prototypes.• Creating pitch decks, product presentations.• Creating datasheets, onepage, etc.• Localizing web apps and landing pages for China - 🇨🇳 .

Overseeing schedules, budgets, pipelines and workflows, managing milestone content, change and risk treatments.Bridging communication cross team and companies as well as promoting teamwork.Developing partner relationships and improving awareness of brands, products and opportunities.
