A people-person at my core; helping individuals to realise their potential within an organisation - to mutual benefit - as well as creating a positive experience for customers is what drives me. I have over a decade of management experience in a range of industries, with roles spanning across Operations, Venue Management, Logistics and Accounting. In all these roles I was able - through teamwork and collaboration with my peers - to achieve the company’s strategic goals. My ability to be flexible paired with my problem solving skills ensured that any obstacles that the team or I encountered in meeting our goals were resolved. Safety in the workplace, quality, both internally and externally, meeting customer timelines, and cost reduction are four key focuses and contributors to my success. I am also dedicated to contributing to a cleaner environment and more sustainable future, nurtured in part, by my involvement in the Biofuel industry and through my time at The Dirt Company, but mainly shaped by my experiences as a member of my wider community, my family and core group of friends.
