- Able to collect and assemble sales data in time period (daily, weekly, monthly quarterly, annually)- Analyse sales data for appropriate audience, i.e., line managers- Able to identify sales team performance gap and manage sales force performance through integrated CRM software a bonus.- Able to identify leads & prospects and track communication relationship and manage sales deals close via advance CRM software - Ability to collect, analyse, propose and provide recommendations for the purpose to increase performance productivity hance, increase revenue or profit.

- Do market scanning to specifically develop sales strategies.- Establish time-bound sales targets and able to achieve with clear direction and resource alignment.- Ability to establish developed sales strategies for targeted prospects or leads.- Ability to plan, organize, lead and control sales force to reach targets.- Ability to manage order, storing, tracking, and control inventory.- Can liaise with sales team to work with synergy.- Able to provide sales report and further recommendations for sales performance improvement
