My role is truly challenging but equally enjoyable and my key responsibilities are: Client Development & Management * Driving growth by identifying and converting tangible business opportunities for digital capability transformation with existing and new clients * Building and managing strong, engaging relationships with clients at senior levels * Designing and delivering large digital programmes and projects within budget, across all channels, including Web design services, online marketing services through PPC Campaigns, SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) LPO (Landing Page Optimisation) Inbound Marketing, `Content Creation, Blogging & merging online and offline marketing strategies.Business Growth & Development* Responsible for the performance and financial health of digital programmes and projects through the management of the relevant levers of profitability * Sharing new knowledge and contributing to the development of the Business Development agenda People Development * Leading and motivating client project teams to deliver against the vision for their online marketing strategy. * Working with client teams to raise overall confidence and capability with digital solutions across the organisation * Leading the development of Brand capabilities in digital transformation and working with digital partners to build digital literacy, confidence and expertise.

Shropshire Magazine was the only lifestyle Magazine covering Shropshire and the border counties. I was responsible for retaining and increasing commercial growth tactically critical to our revenues in the short, medium and long-term. With an emphasis on maximising revenues and business from key clients in different market sectors. In my 5 years term as Advertising Manager the magazine increased its profits year or year and was finally purchased by Midlands News Association in 1997.
