Radiodetection manufactures underground utility locators and pipeline integrity equipment. Assist other managers in supporting particular house accounts to ensure they are satisfied and supported. Develop plans for how Radiodetection can support achievement of distributor goals. Coordinate competitive information gathering and analysis.Coordinate product feedback and ideas for product enhancements.Coordinate any seminars or customer presentations at trade shows as required.Coordinate/support USA market research as needed.Identify additional key selling advantages of Radiodetection products and communicate them to the team.Support technical information needs on products by acting as interface with engineering.Identify best practices for selling specific products and communicate them.Analyze sales channel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Work closely with customer service and other internal departments to ensure good communications and teamwork.Develop market intelligence in key customer segments.Troubleshoot and solve problems for distributors.
