• Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.• Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices.• Develop monthly financial statements that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.• Review and reconcile investment and bank statements, invoices and cash. receipts, financial statements, cash flows, and ledgers. • Review payroll and journal entries. Review and prepare annual 1099 filings.

• Process daily AR receipts, checks for various entities, and payments from clients.• Review invoices for accuracy, completion, and communicate (both verbal and written) with clients, managers, lawyers, and financial contacts.• Pay vendor bills and manage accounts payable via Clio/QuickBooks.• Perform all data entry of cash receipts and client costs utilizing QuickBooks.

*Responsible for recording and maintaining business’ financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.*Record financial data into general ledgers, which are used to produce the balance sheet and income statement.*Responsible for overseeing and reconciling hundreds of financial transactions.*Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments*Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition*Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data*Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards

• Responsible for providing technical accounting expertise and improvements to financial processes.• P&L responsibility, including monthly financial statements, forecasts, and operating plans.• Assist the Director of Finance in preparing financial and managerial reports leveraging planning analytic software. Concur/Workday• Develop and implement ad-hoc analyses to support key business decisions.

• Build/implement reporting tools and ad hoc financial analysis on fixed assets, depreciation, and other related reports.• Work closely with the accounting and accounts payable teams to ensure accurate financial postings and reporting.• Prepare weekly dashboards for directors and various financial analysts by researching, compiling, and analyzing pertinent data.• Frequently use Excel (VLOOKUP’s/Pivot Tables), Word, SharePoint, PowerBi, Tableau, SAP, SmartView, Concur, Datamart, and Workday for reporting and financial analysis.
