Founded a service allowing customers to register and manage a single-serving website. Coded the application using Node.js, React, D3, ClaudiaJS, Serverless, and DyanmoDB. Developed a microservice architecture with node.js that can handle high traffic at minimal cost. Used the service to launch the viral website IsMetroOnFire.com which was covered in the Washington Post and FiveThirtyEight

I was an early employee who built and lead a 24/7 customer support division that supports approximately 350 hospitals and all internal IT operations. Managed, mentored, and provided regular feedback to a team of two senior engineers and four front-line technicians. Oversaw an annual budget of approximately $500,000. Contributed semi-regularly to the production Ruby on Rails backend and Angular JS front-end.
