Designed, developed, and maintained a suite of websites for the company, including an online retirement account website (Relius Web), which facilitates transfers of investments, cash/rollover distribution requests, IRA account origination, and much more. I collaborated with various departments to design and implement new features, as well as test, debug, and constantly try to optimize the user experience with great/simple functionality and thoughtful UI. I designed many of our external correspondences, such as mobile responsive email marketing campaigns, or 401k account reports. I designed, developed, and maintained the company’s Participant & Advisor Mobile Apps for iOS and Android. I maintained the company YouTube Channel, and produced many video marketing pieces and tutorials/screencasts for our clients. I regularly tracked social media and Google Analytics data, and collaborated with teams to improve our performance/statistics and conversion rates. I conducted internal employee trainings on the importance of cybersecurity awareness, and I strategized with my team on how to maintain constant security of our clients data.
