Department co-lead for the London Experience team. Responsible for team output, growth and development. A member of the management team, reporting to the MD.Lead teams to deliver service design, product vision, business transformation, research, digital platform build and optimisation, campaigns and more for a portfolio of global brands.- Ground up re-design of Nike+ Training Club, Nike’s flagship and multiple award-winning training app. Worked from concept to delivery, plus several further iterations. A hands-on role, managing a team of designers and researchers, splitting my time between London on working on campus with Nike in Portland. Brought the app in to Nike’s new design language. Created new features, content streams and ways to train- Launched Nike’s global Football app. Worked with a cross-agency team, from conception to delivery- Led multiple Nike campaigns, in-store experiences, pilot projects and POCs- Launched Tag Heuer’s connected watch and digital companion apps. Worked on several projects including the concept and vision work for time management features, watch face configurator, messaging and notification framework and the Premier League referee app- UX lead for Ford Mustang campaign. Social-first campaign that gave fans a way to design a unique 1 of 1 Mustang design that they could save, share or order to attach to the front of their car. Cross-channel campaign included OoH and TVC- Product vision definition for HSBC and Nationwide

Led UX on multiple projects as part of the retained design team - designing training plans, new in-workout UI, dual screen capabilities and Apple TV app, in-person or remote group workouts, content feed, profile and community, plus city-based activations- Event and digital design for Nike’s Winner Stays football competition. Includes team badge creator and a UI for in-venue staff to project visuals for the pitch-side screens to react to the on-the-pitch action- Sport and sub-brand landing pages for Nike.com
