I am a confident, motivated and enthusiastic former Royal Navy Officer, widely experienced in the navigation and handling of a variety of ships. I have extensive command, leadership and management experience and am used to making decisions and working under pressure, whilst assessing, mitigating and managing risk. Used to taking responsibility I routinely ensured the safety and welfare of the teenage cadets, supervising adults and my crew during my time in command. I possess highly effective communication and leadership skills, with an excellent track record in organisation and planning. Currently a self-employed property developer I run budgets, plan projects and routinely deal with problem solving.
