At Germany's largest deposit system in the ToGo area, I was responsible for the areas of purchasing, logistics, development and IT. The exciting challenge was how can we professionalize all processes and retain as many startup and new work measures as possible despite the doubling of the number of employees. Organizational development in the startup / scaleup environment!

With this executive role, I had the responsibility for bringing together the processes of the entire company with 1000 employees.I was able to create the first strategy and manage the first projects for the digital transformation of elobau. The "social intranet" in which all employees have access and can participate is particularly noteworthy. As the first full-time project manager at elobau, I was able to set up the project management department from scratch. From setting up suitable processes, hiring additional project managers and team development to the further development of all "part-time" project managers in other departments. As head of the PMO, I was portfolio manager, project manager of my own large customer projects and agile coach in Scrum projects.
