Whether it's a wedding, Corporate event or trade show, proper display, design, lighting and sound come together seamlessly for a moment guests don’t forget. They don't see the cables, the cameras, the lighting trusses, placement of speakers or how many screws went into the sets. The absence of or misplacement of any of these items draws attention to it. You are working towards a sense of completion that at the end of the day can't be seen. It’s felt.Training and Development:Adobe Captivate Learning Module development, Training new employees in initial customer contact, Lesson Planning, Instructional video productionLessons Learned:Anyone can stand in front of a group of people in person or digitally and state what needs to be done from here on out. To be effective at this you have to hold people's attention and convince them why things need to change and how it’s important to them personally. All of this to an audience that is more than likely ambivalent to what you are saying, focused on something else or at worse already distrustful of change.
