CurrentLed two teams of DevOps Engineers to drive our platform forward, encompassing many areas of platform engineering / DevOps: build and deployment tooling, monitoring and alerting, logging, artifact and software lifecycle management. Work with a dedicated product owner and leadership team to craft our short term plans and long term roadmaps, to enable our customers (developers, data scientists, and engineering managers) to deliver their best work to accomplish our business goals.Grow my teams expertise through mentoring and coaching, and networking/connecting team members with others who can help expand their skill set throughout the company.Improve our practices around reliability, scalability, and quality of our offerings - examples include how we manage upgrades to our clusters, internal Helm charts offering safe and scalable defaults, and zero downtime deployments across our Kubernetes services. High availability and flexibility go hand in hand with documentation and training to use our platform to its fullest extent.Enable cloud migration through readiness checks, training and documentation on our offerings, and support throughout the migration process.Evaluate new and existing technology products, trends, and vendors to solve problems for our platform, managing budget from planning through spending and contract negotiation.Technology Used: Microsoft Azure, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Datadog, Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Helm, Github Actions, Harness, and related technology to all forms of DevOps delivery
