During the first semester of my Freshman year at college, I started my own NFT project called Space Hamsters. For this project to come to fruition, I needed to learn how to do an assortment of things I previously did not know how to do. These include smart contract coding, game writing/coding, Twitter marketing, digital art creation, and of course mastery and understanding in the NFT space. One of the most difficult tasks to overcome was time management, balancing the act of creating an entire NFT project, which occupied multiple hours of time each day for the entire semester, with school, physical health, and mental health. Learned a multitude of new skills including Java coding, marketing on Twitter with no budget, and Adobe Photoshop techniques to make the art for the non-fungible tokens. This allowed me to have the ability to work on every aspect of the project on my own, helping me get work done quicker as I was self-reliant.Constructed a team consisting of a digital art designer, and a marketing manager in order to help alleviate the workload and meet deadlines, resulting in tremendous growth of the project to thousands of followers on Twitter and in our Discord group. Created an entire secondary project starting over Thanksgiving break which required 10 days of 12-16 hour work days and multiple nights with no sleep. This allowed the project to be completed much more quickly with more experience.
