At our new Danone Global HQ in the Netherlands I was responsible for managing the HQ's Site Team, covering domains of Facility, Safety, Communication and Employee Engagement as well as leading site-specific and transversal HR projects/topics/processes. Together with the Site team, we ensured our 800+ employees and appx 100 daily visitors could experience our Danone values in the best way possible. A few key-achievements:1. Developed employee engagement strategy around Health & Sustainability, to articulate Danone's One Planet. One Health vision such as: a. Designed+implemented new mobility plan with E-bike trial campaigns, circular produced share-bikes, smart parking, ride-sharing and an electric shuttle van for the last mile. 100+ employees tried e-bikes to commute to and from work. Optimised parking utilisation with 30% using smart technology and public transport was promoted much more with the electric shuttle van. This plan got nominated for a local sustainability award (share) b. Redesigned Wellbeing campaigns to ensure they were COVID-proof, with both online and physical activities: Deployment of Headspace app with high engagement of 250+ employees. Organised a Health Challenge powered by Virgin Pulse with 500+ active participating employees (in 70 teams) c. Designed & organised the annual Danone Day Event (global engagement event) together with the Benelux orgs, taking into account Covid-19 limitations. 1500+ employees participated at this remote event, with several workshops of which some had more than 200 participants with a closing Key-note of Andre Kuipers, the Dutch ESA astronaut. 2. Organised workshops and designed surveys to understand and co-build our post-covid workplace future. 80+ employees in workshops, 75+ % in surveys.3. WELL-Building Gold Core & Shell pre-certification achieved by prioritising the wellbeing of our employees in the design & implementation of our office facilities and communication & engagement plans.

It aspires to be the flagship office of Danone’s One Planet. One Health vision.As Change Manager, part of the Housing project team, my mission was to prepare, embark and engage all our stakeholders for all the changes and opportunities this new office creates, with as much impact as possible (due to challenging time and budget constraints). Stakeholder groups included our own project team, all employees and exec-teams, local works council, corp real-estate team, supervisory board.Part of my responsibilities were the creation of change management approach and plan, communication strategy, design of a new mobility plan, as well as project management of the new WELL Interior Gold Certification.A few key achievements:1. Designed & implemented a complete Virtual Reality experience (collab with IT and architects) at low costs (<15K). 400+ employees got a tour and we used it in our decision-making process.2. Organised 2 exclusive Opening Days to create a "wow!" effect and introduce the new Ways of Working, in 16 shift for all employees.3. Organised key information sharing events for all employees, through town-halls streamed at the construction site, as well as online social media usage and interactive workshops without agency support.4.
