I joined Ernst & Young in 2001 and I am based in the Brussels office. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, I worked two years as a tax consultant serving multinational companies at another big 4 firm.I obtained a degree in Economics at the University of Ghent. I also obtained a degree in Taxation at the Vlerick School of management. I became a certified tax advisor in 2005.As a transaction tax partner, I have a broad experience in tax due diligence (buy side and sell side), acquisition structures, real estate projects, restructuring of multinational companiesand assistance with respect to mergers and acquisitions in general.I am also a lector at the Fiscale Hogeschool in Brussels (on general corporate income tax topics), I speak at external seminars and I have published specialized articles in tax doctrine.
