I'm the Director of Corporate Innovation of Chalhoub Group, where I implement new business models and emerging technologies for the luxury brands within our Group portfolio.Chalhoub Group is the leading retailer and distributor of luxury fashion & beauty in the Middle East and represents over 200 luxury brands and retailers such as Louis Vuitton, Christian Louboutin, Level Shoes, and many more, in the GCC.After 6 years of business consulting in Europe & the Middle East, I joined Chalhoub Group in 2019 as Head of Growth. I had the privilege to turn around and scale the e-commerce of Faces & Tryano, our beauty & fashion multi-brand platforms, before starting Chalhoub Group's department of Corporate Innovation.Since then, I launched concepts like Quick Commerce, Subscribe & Save, Rental, Pre-Loved and Buy Back for our group. My most recent web3/metaverse achievements include selling out Christofle's NFT collection in 5 minutes, creating a bestselling Roblox collection with Prince Clothing and successfully launching SOL3MATES, Chalhoub Group's first web3-native sneaker brand.I'm a Belgian national living in Dubai and started my career as an entrepreneur in the hospitality & entertainment industry. I have a big passion for growth hacking, e-commerce & innovation, and when I'm not working, you can find me in the gym.
