My journey began at Blitz Communications, where I made a significant impact as a Business Development Manager before my aptitude for growth and development took me to Excel Video, the UK's leading screen supplier at the time. I played a pivotal role in the company's evolution into the technical production giant PRG.Recognised for my exceptional skill set, I was approached to take on the role of Director of Corporate at Anna Valley. There, I was instrumental in establishing a live events division from the ground up, demonstrating my ability to innovate and lead. My efforts were a key factor in the 2015 management buyout, after which I assumed the role of Commercial Director for the group.
