-Supporting the team effectiveness, organizational design, change leadership, and learning/development needs for multiple organizations-Responsible for understanding organizational needs/challenges in order to create effective solutions.-Partnering with Business Partners, HR Leadership, HR Centers of Excellence and Leadership Development Program Leadership to develop and deploy solutions

-Responsible for Cigna IT's global Technology Early Career Development Program including full time associates, interns and co-ops-Manage a team of program managers that manage close to 300 resources across the full time and part time programs-Oversee the entire recruiting life cycle for full time and part time hires across numerous campus teams-Continually innovate to improve the program structure, learning framework and opportunities for associates

-Managing Cigna IT's internship programs including our summer program and on campus internships-Responsible for the recruiting, development and training of our interns

-Managed the deployment of a hybrid laptop/tablet device running Windows 8.1, IE 11 and Office 2013-Oversaw the rollout of social listening across Cigna's international properties including the development of a social center of excellence

-Provide support to multiple application service groups and numerous programs/projects-Assist each area with financial management, resource management, vendor management and various other project management activities

-Managed a multi-million dollar, multi-year consumer driven health care plan platform project-Coordinated scope and financial decisions with Business and IT partners and ensured delivery was on time and within budget

-Founded a business to sell and distribute aftermarket car parts through an Internet storefront and retail location-Brought sales from startup to 1.8 million per year-Sold the company in August 2010

-Worked as part of the Technology Early Career Development Program (TECDP) in Cigna IT Operations-Monitored the day to day operations of Cigna’s distributed environment and network infrastructure and facilitated the process of resolving problems that could impact Cigna customers utilizing internal Cigna support teams and outside vendors

-Participated in the summer internship program at the GE Edgelab located at the UConn Stamford campus-The internship consisted of working on real-world GE problems with undergrad students, graduate students, UConn faculty and GE employees
