I've never been to an orthodontist's office.Not as a patient, anyway. In fact, a few years back, when an orthodontist walked into the company I consulted at, talking about "simplifying purchasing in orthodontics" I quickly assigned his project to the most analytical person on our team and moved on.But I saw something in this orthodontist's eyes. He was hungry. Motivated by a real, not manufactured, passion to solve pain his staff was feeling. I quickly realized this orthodontist was not only brilliant, but one of the best entrepreneurs I'd run into across hundreds of projects. Before long, I dropped everything to help him "simplify purchasing in orthodontics".Now that I've seen the impact we can have on the lives of orthodontists and their staff, I have the same hunger as my orthodontist partner. And I'm building a team of the best people I know to changes the lives of as many orthodontists and their staff as we can.
