• Part of the quality engineering department at the home plant for the new Vauxhall Astra. I was responsible for solving any quality problems that were on the cockpit line. Problem solving, communication skills and time management were key to successful resolution of these problems that arose. Often providing feedback on open issues to senior management. During this time I worked towards a Red X root cause analysis qualification.• Updating engineering and supplier issue databases in order to keep track of open problems for the whole department. • Project managing an Undergraduate project given by the plant manager to reduce waste at the plant. During this project myself and the team saved the company hundreds of thousands of pounds by creating a more lean process flow for material handling.

The data was subsequently audited by HMRC and no errors were identified.
