• Part of the quality engineering department at the home plant for the new Vauxhall Astra. I was responsible for solving any quality problems that were on the cockpit line. Problem solving, communication skills and time.
• Updating engineering and supplier issue databases in order to keep track of open problems for the whole department.
• Project managing an Undergraduate project given by the plant manager to reduce waste at the plant. During this project myself and the team saved the company hundreds of thousands of pounds by creating a more lean.

• Producing client reports and covering letters; this required a methodical approach to ensure all relevant steps in the process were completed, maintaining accounting records, an audit trail and a quality service to.
• Reviewing income tax information and compiling an annual tax reclaim for HM Revenue & Customs. The data was subsequently audited by HMRC and no errors were identified. Required excellent team working and communication.
