My professional experience has involved over 30 years of customer service and marketing via the restaurant market and the social media platforms. In addition, this is combined with 18 years of customer service, marketing and sales via my consulting business, internet marketing business and my Relationship Marketing Card business.Also, my 10 years at Ttec in the (Meta/Facebook) program went well with my overall understanding of social media and continuing in my marketing and sales endeavors.
