Focusing on revenue generation, I work collaboratively with our partners to examine current state, uncover new opportunities, and design and execute data-driven and audience-centric strategies that move.

• Responsible for the management, growth, and success of the 25-person development program, including all organizational revenue channels and external opportunities.
• Rebuilt the program through effective recruitment, training, and development of staff. Hired 90% of staff over a 5 year period, while maintaining a 90% retention rate. In building the program and scaling the.
• Increased annual fundraising revenue 5x over 5 years – from less than $10m annually, to more than $50m annually.
• Increased membership audience from 40k to 75k+, grants and partnerships revenue from $3m to $10m annually, and individual donor revenue from $2m to $15m annually.
• Led the vision, research, planning, design, and implementation of AFT’s comprehensive campaign, "Farming is Our Future" ($100m goal). In total, the campaign exceeded $130m in total revenue.
• Launched an urgent-response program in April 2020, providing direct cash grants to more than 2,000 applicants in year one. Built on the programs success in year two, focusing on disadvantaged and underserved communities.

• Responsible for the management, growth, success, and strategy of the Individual Giving (Major Gifts), Membership, and Operations teams.
• Work focused on positioning the AFT Development team so that priorities were appropriately identified, the channels worked together (building both a pipeline of donors, and a complete circle of the donor cycle), and.
• Leading the Individual Giving (IG) team (to include, regional Directors of Development and a DC-based Leadership Gift Officer), we successfully revamped the IG program, building a program that was sustainable, focused.

• Responsible for designing, and implementing annual giving strategies that supported George Mason University, including: direct mail, e-solicitation, call center, online giving, student philanthropy, faculty/staff.
• Using ongoing data analysis, and strategy driven decision making I designed and executed a new, and extensive direct mail, and e-solicitation program.
• Redesigned the annual giving calendar, placing an emphasis on efficiency and effectiveness.
• Crafted long-term strategies that focused on donor acquisition and retention.
• Designed an AG Dashboard and instituted annual giving specific metrics that allowed for in-depth, and ongoing analysis of key areas.
• Established an Annual Giving Roundtable to better integrate Mason's decentralized culture of fundraising. This process helped to both relieve redundancies, and better engage both Mason's prospects and stakeholders.

• Responsible for overall and day-to-day direction of the UNC Charlotte Fund – the annual giving branch of the UNC Charlotte Foundation – with annual solicitations exceeding 50,000. Responsibilities include: direct mail.
• Extensive skills in analyzing prospect data, trends, and patterns to effectively drive practices. Adept at crafting new, problem-solving strategies and making informed decisions on processes that positively influence.
• Successfully transitioned UNC Charlotte Annual Giving Call Center from an outside managed program to an in-house managed program, while increasing total pledged dollars by 23.46%, and total pledges by 35.49%.
• Responsible for recruitment, hiring, and training and development of a staff ~30 student employees.
• Worked collaboratively with Director to ensure efficient and effective mail appeals, senior class gift project, email appeals and stewardship.
• Collaborated with unit Directors of Development to craft unit specific messaging and drive annual giving strategy for current and future fiscal years.

• Honed skills as an annual giving consultant and enhanced abilities to execute effective annual giving strategies.
• Responsible for overall management of call centers at Oral Roberts University, Centenary College of Louisiana, and UNC Charlotte.
• Spent one year at Oral Roberts University, set new annual giving records during tenure. Oversaw positive year-to-year growth during each fiscal year at UNC Charlotte (revenue growth of 18.63% in year one, 9.17% in year.
• Responsible for developing skills of new RuffaloCODY Program Managers through both new-hire and follow-up training: spent one month onsite at Providence College reviewing program, providing data analysis, and training.
