22+ years of photolithography experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently an equipment maintenance supervisor with Samsung Austin Semiconductor and my passion is to lead a team of highly experienced technicians that I would challenge anyone by saying they are some of the best in the industry. I enjoy the role as a leader and teacher who has expertise to share to build my team any way I can.My time has been divided between both high volume and low volume R&D 200/300mm fabs. I was previously a scanner equipment technician in a high-volume 300mm fab, and the equipment I worked with included XT and NXT ASML twin-scan and Canon/Nikon I-line steppers.Completed JSC 2.0 hands on equipment training at ASML Global Training Center in Taiwan.Experience on ASML Yieldstar, KLA-Tencor overlay tools, and Hitachi SEM tools. For all of these tool sets I troubleshoot tool errors, complete preventative maintenance, and create/fix recipe issues while working with engineers, techs, and ops managers to make sure area is able to run smoothly.Well versed in the operations of all tool sets used in Photolithography. From the patterning process to metrology and running the area diligently as the supervisor, area coordinator, or shift lead. My strengths include my ability to lead a group or work well on my own, excellent attention to detail and safety in all I do, efficiently and proactively make decisions with complete follow through, and an exemplary record of training others on various parts of the process.
