I had the privilege to learn from many different financial professionals, many of them on the Forbes Top 100 Financial Securities Professionals list. My days consisted of helping advisors with client reach outs and sitting in on client meetings. Overall, this experience was a great one as I learned how to structure my business and saw many different client scenarios. This job set me up for the great position I’m in today and I am very grateful for the experience.

Westpac Wealth Partners provides financial planning services to its clients in the form of education and macro-level planning strategies.This was my first internship and my first experience in the financial services industry. I worked here my sophomore to junior year in college at ASU. The job consisted of sitting in meetings with clients and getting exposed to the language and process of financial planning. This was a great experience for me at such a young age and it set me up for developing a passion for financial planning. Overall, I enjoyed my time working at Westpac.

True Shot is the #1 ammunition distributor in Arizona with its main location and storefront in Tempe. I worked here during the summer before my junior year in college. My day-to-day consisted of fulfilling orders for customers, helping shoppers with their questions, and answering the phone. This job was a lot of fun because I got to meet and talk to people who love shooting sports as much as I do and use my knowledge of ammunition and guns to offer advice to customers. I watched the company grow out of its old location into a warehouse 10 times the size and watched the rapid growth in sales during 2020. I am grateful to have worked here as the experience taught me a lot about entrepreneurship, customer service, and the inner workings of a small business.

Burlingame, Ca

Crystal Springs is an 18-hole public golf course overlooking San Andreas Lake in Burlingame, CA. This was my first job in high school and it was a lot of fun! My job was cleaning the dirty golf carts, manually scraping out balls that got stuck in the net at the driving range, and recovering golf carts that died on the course (it happened more than you’d think). I even had a golf cart catch on fire while I was driving it once. Not kidding. Eventually, I moved into the Pro Shop where my job switched to assisting people with check in and purchases. This was a great first job and it was my first experience with customer service.

Attending Arizona State University was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I joined a fraternity, Beta Theta Pi, my freshman year.

I was very blessed to attend such a great high school. Lifting weights and working out became an obsession of mine during this time.
