England Rugby 2015 was the tournament organiser for the Rugby World Cup 2015, hosted in England from September 18 to October 31, 2015.Rugby World Cup is the third largest global sporting event contested every four years. The main aspects of my job managing ticketing at stadiums across the UK included:- Managing volunteers,- Responding quickly and efficiently to unforeseen issues at venues of up to 80,000 capacity,- Assisting the public with enquires and issues,- Venues included; The Olympic Stadium; Twickenham; The Millennium Stadium; Villa Park; Kingsholm and Sandy Park.
