Working as part of IMC's Inclusive Growth team to deliver some of the organisation's most exciting, fast moving, and innovative development projects.

The role includes leading the management of IMC’s key framework agreements, coordinating programming and funding applications across the global organisation. Frameworks include the Expert Call Down Advisory Services (EACDS), International Multidisciplinary Programme Framework Agreement (IMDP) and the Economic Development Framework (EDF).

The Ticketing Operations role at the 65,000 seat Olympic Stadium involved:- Managing volunteers,- Responding quickly and efficiently to unforeseen issues,- Assisting the public with queries and issues.

Moving to work in the project office, the role is focused on the EU Results Orientated Monitoring Program for Lot 3 (Asia Pacific).The role includes:- Supporting the day to day project management of over 200 missions,- Creating links with new experts and consultants,- The rapid recruitment and mobilisation of experts,- Updating and managing work plans,- Overseeing project documents and IT, including a project Intranet.

Landell Mills is one of the world’s leading international development consulting firms. With a mission to assist clients to participate actively in the global economy whilst protecting fragile environments and vulnerable communities in the process.The role focused on the EU Results Orientated Monitoring Program for Lot 3 (Asia Pacific) as well as other existing and new projects in the studies and evaluations area. The role included:- Supporting business development and project management,- Creating links with new experts and consultants,- Preparing CVs and other documents for inclusion in expressions of interest and tenders,- Identifying opportunities for funding and tenders, and successfully tendering for multimillion-euro EU Framework contracts.

England Rugby 2015 was the tournament organiser for the Rugby World Cup 2015, hosted in England from September 18 to October 31, 2015.Rugby World Cup is the third largest global sporting event contested every four years. In 2015 the top 20 International teams traveled to England to compete for Rugby’s highest honour in front of well over 2 million fans. The main aspects of my job managing ticketing at stadiums across the UK included:- Managing volunteers,- Responding quickly and efficiently to unforeseen issues at venues of up to 80,000 capacity,- Assisting the public with enquires and issues,- Venues included; The Olympic Stadium; Twickenham; The Millennium Stadium; Villa Park; Kingsholm and Sandy Park.

The main aspects of my job assisting with management of ticketing at the Basketball arena during the Olympic games were:- Managing 8 volunteers,- Responding quickly and efficiently to unforeseen issues at the venue,- Standing in for the Venue Ticketing Manager,- Assisting the public with enquires and problems.
