Hi, I’m Nick. I am an ICF accredited Personal Development and Wellness coach, founding Alba Coaching in 2020. After nearly a decade in education, I was lacking motivation and felt helpless needing a change. Through the power of coaching, I realised that I could fulfill my passion for supporting people to achieve their full potential without being limited to the four walls of a classroom. I am passionate about using my experience and training to support people to handle challenges confidently and calmly, empowering them to identify and use their own strengths and passions successfully. Whether these be in early careers, going through transitions in life such as promotions or new roles of responsibility. Also training people to use coaching tools within their roles to be able to communicate positively and effectively with their colleagues and teams. I have a keen interest in wellness coaching. I recognise the importance of having a happy and mentally healthy workforce to improve motivation and productivity. Encouraging balance and positive mental health also empowers people to handle mental strains and stresses in everyday life.
