CurrentWe are a not-for-profit organisation which empowers students from underrepresented groups and disadvantaged backgrounds, to pursue the future that is right for them. We achieve this through targeted coaching programmes and by creating cultural change within organisations.In my role, I am developing new programmes which can be used to support teachers and students to use coaching skills within their day-to-day life. This will empower them to be more effective communicators, boost their resilience and understand themselves and their situations better. Within the coaching skills workshops, participants will learn the fundamental coaching skills and how to implement them in their day to day life. This can support them in making progress as well as supporting their colleagues and peers. Following the training we are also developing resources which can be used within teams to support on-going development.
