I have joined Bob Cheeley's Firm, Cheeley Law Group, LLC in Alpharetta, Georgia. As most know, Bob's career has been dedicated to helping families and survivors put their lives back together after catastrophic injuries or the wrongful death of a loved one. I am proud and honored to be joining this team and working with someone as accomplished as Bob Cheeley. Bob and I recently filed a major national class action in the Northern District of Illinois for purchasers of heavy trucks equipped with either the Bendix Fusion or Bendix Wingman Forward Crash Avoidance (FCA) technology. Testing has shown these products fail owners and operators in the very scenario the products were meant to work for the purpose of saving lives and limiting injuries in crashes. Our focus continues to be on litigation that makes our world safer. We appreciate Hirschbach Trucking and Schuster Trucking retaining us to assist them and having the strength and moral character to carry this torch for industry safety. In addition to working with Bob on his cases, I continue to handle cases nationally against abusive mortgage servicers. I will also be taking on special litigation projects nationally in the field of consumer law. In addition, I will be handling major personal injury and wrongful death litigation for the Firm. I continue to accept referrals and co-counseling arrangements on select cases nationally. I continue to offer training to other firms and attorneys pursuing similar litigation around the country and selectively co-counsel on important litigation. I have a national practice and a national reputation for providing outstanding service, advice and representation to my clients. I have a client base that consists of consumers, investors and bankruptcy trustees for whom I pursue litigation. I have also provided advice and consulted with a number of professional investors including institutional investors, hedge funds, and real estate investors. I have extensive experience providing subject matter expertise through continuing legal education teaching programs for national audiences. Although my current practice is primarily consumer law driven, I have deep and extensive experience in all types of personal injury and wrongful death claims including complex products liability, commercial vehicle claims, medical malpractice, and nursing home litigation. I have tried more than 100 jury trials during my career and look forward to trying even more cases with Bob and select co-counsel in the future.
