Responsible for all product development and approval for Coolabi’s licensing business. Ensuring all production deadlines and targets are maintained and achieved. Providing a high quality design service to licensees, ensuring a high degree of design input and creative and commercial guidance to maximise brands potential. Managing the development of creative materials, including style guides and brand support materials. Active involvement in the production of publishing product, this includes liaison with the original creators of our various brands.

Co-management of all European Fashion sales opportunities. Customers included: Zara (adults and kids), Urban Outfitters, Burtons, New Look (through Rajan imports). In charge of the organization and supply of artwork to relevant licensees and partners. Work with team to develop new ranges from concept to production, including; - Liaising with internal Art Dept / freelance designers for concept creation. Manage all approval submssions across all brands. Artists and licenses worked with include: Led Zeppelin, Sex Pistols, Guns N Roses, The Clash, Iron Maiden, Motorhead, Ghostbusters, Goonies, South Park and various others.

Deliver the revenue and profit targets for the designated clients and Brands (artists). Customers included: BHS, Burtons, John Lewis, Topman, Zara, Republic, Cult Clothing and various other independent clients. Monthly financial reporting to head of fashion.Liaise with Artist management/Bravado A&R to ensure synergy between artist and fashion product. Identify and implement new business opportunities and fashion products with and as directed by the head of fashion. Manage the creative approval process and departments in relation to the fashion product as it relates to the various product categories.Liaise with licensing, manufacturing and distribution partners in Asia, Australia and South Africa. Partners include, Network Ltd, Sumikin, Hysteric Glamour, Hot Springs and Alto Ego. Manage and facilitate all design, title and product approvals for the Consumer Products Division. Project manager the creation of style guides and presentation material as required.
