I have over 20 years working on reception.As you can imagine I have dealt with issues in the office and have dealt with them quietly to ensure minimum fuss. Client care is important. I ensured all clients felt welcome from the moment they arrived from the moment they left the office. A number of clients I have known for a number of years and get on with them well. I still maintain a professional but friendly manner with them. I have key reception skills which I am keen to use again.
