-Developed Programs to facilitate equity partnerships and corporate social responsibility-Equity Partnerships: Responsible for ideation and assisted in creation of Equity Brands Initiative program-Sourced and vetted partners to promote equity brands started by women and people of color -Created channels between Government Affairs team, Dispensary sales and operations, marketing and budgeting to ensure that program was both charitable and profitable. Goal was to provide these brands with dedicated shelf space and to use Caliva’s Marketing channels to promote their brands. -National Expungement Week: Managed partnership and Contributing Sponsorship -Managed relationships and giving programs with local government and community programs in jurisdictions throughout the state of California in which Caliva had or was in process of brick and mortar business. Managed company representation and sponsorship of community events as well as fiscal contributions and sponsorships community organizations.
