I have 30 years of professional experience in the field of Community Social Work, and in the last decade have had the privilege of being the Director of the Unit for Volunteer Services in the Jerusalem Municipality. I have initiated collaborations with partners within the Municipality and with hundreds of volunteer organisations and different community initiatives to encourage the Jerusalem residents to volunteer, to engage in social frameworks within their local neighbourhoods and to feel connected to the many opportunities that are happening in their City. I love to inspire people to become more involved, proactive, and connected residents who are aware of the many services available to them on a neighbourhood and a City level. I am proud of working in the City and am passionate about sharing my knowlege of the wide range of professional and original services available to the local population. I am always curious to learn about new initiatives and original activities and enjoy sharing this knowlege - i now call myself a Professional Connecter as i have developed a wide social and professional network within the City and aim to add a new work contact every day. I am now learning within my new professional role about the field of Employment and am excited to read, learn and share knowlege on a local,national and even international level.
