• Sales motivations 8 call centers representing different insurance brands • Stats and queries for Telesure with regards to Netstar nationally• Training to all new staff, ongoing training to existing staff• Assist with client queries, finance, fitments and contracts with regards to Netstar.• Arrange various fun activities, functions on behalf of Netstar in call center• Attend all functions representing Netstar• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and management on all levels• Close monitoring of leads processed by the call center• Weekly and monthly reporting to the Key accounts Executive and Sales Manager. • Update all Netstar statistics e.g. leads vs. policy ratios• Fundamental assistance with insurance claims wrt vehicles which have been written off, stolen and recovered and stolen and not recovered.• Initiate new ideas in the call center with regards to selling Netstar• Objective handling in the call center• Hands on assistance and initiation of assistance to various charity organizations
