About Nicky Kumar
My journey started with customer support and account management. My transition in the industry includes service coordination and execution which finally got me creating marketing and sales strategies by understanding client requirements, opportunities for sales and identifying sales gaps.I strategized and collaborated on the Go to Market approach for A.S Moloobhoy Pvt. in south East Asia and was responsible for revenue generation excess of USD 8,000 over a period of 7 months. This was my first stint.My flair for training, growth and skill development drove me to conduct training programs for colleagues. This included report writing for engineers, email etiquette and communication soft skills training, a group discussion, classroom presentation and game based training were tools for my approach. Not that I am a trainer or L&D expert by profession but that’s the path I chose for myself. For as you grow, you learn, the higher you reach the more you share and when you get to the top you educate. At SKILLDOM I promote iCOG the learning platform. This with my drive to learn took me to a completely new level, sales with the capacity to consult, create solutions, create high level documents and even push me to learning AI has in ways made me whole. I entered the industry as a newbie with no clue what and now I look forward to creating solutions.So in simple words to define myself I’d say I am someone whose aim is to grow, develop and support development, be it business development or talent and organization development.My approach towards sales and consultation is solution based.
