- 15+ years’ experience working in legal environments as a legal secretary simultaneously supporting up to 11 fee earners- Elevated administration skills from managing the office to drafting of legal correspondence, client liaison, with sufficient knowledge to deal with minor legal matters independently- Excellent adaptability & change management skills having worked in fast-paced, constantly changing environments that require elevated organisational, multi-tasking & prioritisation skills- Self-motivated & self-disciplined team player who take pride in service delivery to internal & external customers - Organised, multitasker who is passionate about adding value, making a difference and going the extra mile
