About Nicky Moore

I have nearly 20 years of experience in the Events industry, working with charities, corporates and HNWI, to bring their events to life, raising significant funds to support their cause, promoting their brands or simply celebrating success or a special occasion. I am passionate about every project, providing a quality service and approach each with enthusiasm and professionalism, but always keeping a sense of humour. My experience in Project Management across roles as a facilities manager, property manager (commercial), Head of Client Services and of course as an Events Manager, demonstrate that being the ‘Master of Plate Spinning’ is where I thrive and get a great deal of satisfaction from successfully delivering a project. Whilst I'm happy to work autonomously, being part of a team is hugely rewarding and as a manager, I enjoy recruiting, training and developing team members to reach their full potential.I am delighted to be able to bring all these project management skills together as an Events and Operations Manager. I consider myself to be highly personable and have successfully developed good relationships built on trust, honesty, reliability, and equality. I enjoy face to face interactions where possible, preferring the art of conversation to digital exchanges, however, flexible to accept todays challenges!
