My key responsibilities are: - Implementing and executing processes- Resource management- Financial management- Human resource management - Promoting company culture- Implementing change- Long and short-term goal setting- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditingOver the last 18 years, I have helped Dotcloud and PlumBum grow from a traditional tech hardware suppliers to full-circle tech companies that offer a variety of services; ranging from cloud solutions to digital marketing and web design. At Dotcloud, we are a people-based company that aims to encourage a healthy work environment where people actually want to come to work. I am currently expanding my Project Management skills with the Project Management GetSmater course through the University of Cape Town.
