I manage end to end recruitment from graduate and junior to senior level. In the past 2 years I have worked to build a creative desk and candidate pool from scratch. Day to day my role involved:• Regularly developing business - with existing and new clients, attending client meetings, presenting Stopgap as a preferred recruitment consultancy partner and taking client briefs in person, zoom and by phone.• Establishing trusted relationships: I work closely with clients to understand the business objectives and team requirements to deliver the right recruitment solutions• Managing 10-15 live briefs simultaneously• Writing and re-iterating briefs, writing online ads for roles - posted on the website, relevant job sites and LinkedIn• Constantly building a pipeline of potential candidates: conducting LinkedIn searches and pipelining: making proactive contact with potential 'hard to find' talent• Exemplifying best practice at work• Evaluating up to 10-30 new CVs per day (more recently), phone-screening relevant candidates and then conducting zoom, hinterview or face to face interviews• Using a combination of behavioural and competency-based questioning to assess a candidate’s suitability and motivations• Conducting daily searches on live briefs using the Filemaker database• Training a graduate recruitment consultant• Writing social media posts and blogs, attending networking events and representing Stopgap to clients and candidates Show less

I was transferred from Stopgap in the UK in February 2008 to join the agency team in Sydney and recruit for permanent agency account handlers - from account executive to CSD level and beyond.
