Creating lasting transformation and change is my purpose.Utilizing my skills in RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) & Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching, I work 1 on 1 with individuals, leaders, and teams to identify patterns and areas of need, changing beliefs and behaviours, alongside company policies and operations covering a variety of topics such as mission and visioning, value setting, positive leadership, understanding own identities, dealing with impostor syndrome, anxiety and overcoming limiting beliefs, as well as how to thrive as leaders and self-leaders by being themselves. In my work as a transformational manager, I led several successful projects that challenged the sporting goods retail industry, creating safe and engaging profitable environments for staff, colleagues, and consumers, breaking through barriers, achieving business goals, and changing mindsets.
