Over the last 13 years I have worked with a number of organisations to help lift the capability of leaders across all levels. I believe passionately that people make organisations successful and that leaders have the greatest contribution to provide.My approach is collaborative and practical, providing solutions for clients that are highly effective and based on sound research. I also closely follow the work of those who have the ability to undertake significant research in this area, including Zenger & Folkman, Marcus Buckingham and David Rock.Recently I have created a web based tool called The Development Mine, which is based on the philosphy that the greatest opportunities for development are on the job, that small things make a big difference and building strengths is the best strategy. Development Mines are organisation specific and so also enable targeted development initiatives depending on current need.
