I caught the golf bug.I always new my life would lead me down the green fairways and since university it’s helped me travel and experience this business in the United States of America as well. Having worked at four prestigious clubs I feel I’ve developed an abundance of skills during my years as a PGA Member.My skills include;1. Private lessons: Meeting the needs and requirements of my clients is crucial. I believe there is no one way to swing a golf club, but every player should have one swing. Therefore all of my lessons are built around each individual golfer to reach and surpass their objectives. I’ve conducted and instructed junior golf programs, with juniors participating from the age of 4 through to 18; involving a variety of skills, games and educational stations allow for all aspects of development. 2. Working at a private facility:Working alongside the club’s Director and Head Professional, I’ve managed the day to day operations of a 380 Private members club. Managing a 10 person Player Service team to ensure a flawless day for our members and members guests. This includes overseeing; valet, bag drop, practice facility presentation alongside any questions or requests that maybe made. 3. Customer Service:Created a friendly and hospitable atmosphere with emphasis on providing exceptional customer service exceeding expectations.Demonstrated a high level of customer service as I aim to consistently exceed members expectations.4. Tournament Operations:Alongside the clubs Head Professional, organized and executed all tournament operations on the calendar schedule including Member and Member- Guest tournaments. 5. Pro Shop Sales:Through thorough custom fitting sessions and knowledge of the latest golf apparel I’m able to increase shop sales through these trusted relations. 6. Tee Times:Scheduled tee times by phone, email, text message and in person, operated and balanced the shop's cash register and balanced all receipts.7. Club Repair:Able to perform any repair request. My goal if possible, is to have the job completed prior to the members round commencing or at least prior to their departure that day.Combined with a custom fitting session; provides the ability to quickly and precisely alter a the loft and lie angles to benefit their game, adding to the confidence they have in you. Other skills include; re-gripping, re-shafting, extending and cutting down shafts, and measuring swing weights.
