SWACASA is a real estate and property services startup that focuses on enlightening Indonesia’s millennials and Gen-Z through social media content, digital product creation, and design-build consultant services to help youngsters own their first house. SWACASA has two main businesses namely guts.prop (property media) and SWACASA (design-build consultant)- Managed a design-build consultant startup, including planning, finance, marketing, and manpower teams to determine anad execute effective business strategies.- Conducted meetings with any potential clients and successfully completed 5 design-build projects with project value of more than IDR 1.2 Billion within 6 months (Jul-Dec 2023).- Sourced and negotiated with potential suppliers and vendors based on quality and cost-effectiveness to optimize the construction cost savings.- Produced comprehensive content planning and creation for consultant’s TikTok platform, including research, writing, editing, and publishing by implementing content-market fit concept to achieving over 382K views and 15K likes within 3 weeks (Sept 2023).- Led the GUTS social media team by implementing data-driven strategies to grow over 25.000 followers and 1M likes on TikTok and Instagram.- Managed the product development teams to research, develop, and copywrite the property/real estate e-book and sold over 200+ copies of digital products within 3 months (as of December 2022).Achievement:- Top 3 Tanoto Future Leaders Business Accument Program (FLBAP) by Tanoto Foundation and ANGIN (August 2022)- Top 30 Pertamuda Seed and Scale by PERTAMINA (December 2022)

Worked under the Product Development Unit and was assigned to analyze and create competitor’s development report to support the Kota Podomoro Tenjo development, including:- Product Development Strategy Report including land positioning, regional spatial planning concepts and strategies, land use distribution, and development timelines.- Residential Product Strategy Report including architectural concepts, landed and apartment unit ratios, and product detail specifications.- Commercial Product Strategy Report including architectural concepts, commercial unit ratios, and product detail specifications.- Lot Product Strategy Report including lot product comparison and concepts, and lot detail specifications.
