I started with Wehmeyer Seed on the packaging floor. I have worked my way into Packaging Supervisor, Production Manager and into Site Manager. I have a skill set that involves dealing with other employees both as a peer and a supervisor, as well as maintaining relationships with our customer base, both farmers and seed companies alike. In the years I have grown with Wehmeyer Seed, I have been able to incorporate more computer assistance by creating the spreadsheets/documents that track our production statistics, manage our customers, and handle the scheduling of incoming load. This coincides with building our computer network from the ground up and maintaining servers, network switches, workstations, and integration with Google's G suite, for multi user access, as the business grows.
