Checking for any objections or encumbrances on the title and order the property documentation ahead of the closing. I ensure that the monetary amounts are correct to satisfy Mortgages, taxes and judgments and oversee the collection of all the fees and charges there were agreed to for the sale. I am a team player and strive to highlight to the buyer and seller how their agent and/or loan officer created a successful closing.
