Ms. Nicky Dare is a passionate philanthropist, life coach, and corporate consultant dedicated to creating lasting change for individuals and organizations worldwide. With over three decades of expertise in business development, leadership, and strategic planning, she has earned a reputation for driving growth, fostering resilience, and inspiring innovation.Born into an academic family, Ms. Dare was profoundly influenced by her late father, who taught at prestigious institutions, including Stanford, MIT, Harvard, and Université Grenoble Alpes in France. In the early 1970s, her family settled in Boulder, Colorado, where her father served as a professor at the University of Colorado, and the University of Houston, where he earned his PhD in 1983. Immersed in an environment of intellectual rigor, Ms. Dare developed a passion for education and discipline. Her grandfather, a distinguished District Attorney in Indonesia, instilled in her values of integrity and justice, shaping her commitment to empowering communities.Graduating high school at 16, Ms. Dare began her college journey at the University of Houston. By 21, she founded her first consulting firm, Meta Tugu Pradana, which later evolved into Meta Management Consultants Ltd., marking the start of her prolific career in strategic consulting and leadership. She later established Global Meta Management Consultants, Dare Education, and iDARE® Inc., organizations focused on safety, leadership, and disaster risk reduction. iDARE® reflects her lifelong mission to empower underserved communities & foster sustainability.As a safety advocate, Ms. Dare holds certifications as a firearms instructor (shotgun, rifle, and handgun), a Range Safety Officer, and a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) member. Her “Stop the Threat” and “Stop the Bleed” programs, presented to first responders in 2018, highlight her expertise in preparedness and crisis management. During the pandemic, Ms. Dare founded the “Roadmap to Sustainability” Global Roundtable to connect business leaders globally.
