Pollen Recruitment specialises in market research, consumer insight, analysis, project management and operational roles.We do things differently. We are all ex-industry with careers spanning market research, recruitment/ resourcing and strategic branding within well-known blue chip companies.The first part of my career was spent on the research side at BMRB where I gained hands-on and managerial experience across insight and operational roles for clients ranging from the BBC to Central Government to British Airways. Enjoying the client management and training aspects of the role, I decided to transfer these skills into recruitment for the research and insight sector. I have recruited researchers, analysts, tech and operational staff for research and media agencies, tech/insight platforms and client side organisations.From a candidate’s perspective, we genuinely care about developing careers for the long term, taking a truly consultative and finely-tuned approach. From a client’s perspective, we are highly selective, refreshingly straightforward and honest, with a well-deserved reputation for putting the right candidates forward in response to briefs.We are delighted to be working with a broad range of clients including market research agencies (boutique to global), consultancies (planning, brand and design) data providers and client companies.
