Enjoying the client management and training aspects of the role, I decided to transfer these skills into recruitment for the research and insight sector. I have recruited researchers, analysts, tech and operational staff for research and media agencies, tech/insight platforms and client side organisations.From a candidate’s perspective, we genuinely care about developing careers for the long term, taking a truly consultative and finely-tuned approach.
