ICL-IP has 6 sales- / production locations in Europe that produce and sell bromine, phosphorus and other mineral based products. Receive and process customer orders, inquiries and/or complaints covering items or products ordered. Proactively maintains an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff.* Record and process orders and/or inquiries received by mail, telephone and/or through customer personal contact.* Provides pricing and product availability information within established guidelines and maintenance of sales price in ERP (SAP).* Checks credits and shipment approvals and confirm orders, debtor collection follow-up, reminding customers of overdue situations and billing processes.* Obtain resolution of routine customer requests.* Track order activity and alert appropriate staff and customers of any potential delivery problem.* Coordinates all day-to-day logistic activities required for the delivery of products to customers within established guidelines* Logistic monitoring (stock level check, allocation, instruction to service providers)* Empty packaging monitoring (organizing empty packaging collection and monitoring of free retention time at customers) and processing of paid/non-paid samples
