One of the key parts of my role is to ensure that we maximise our programme against funding opportunities.- Bus Partnership FundWithin this £12 million programme I act as the representative and point of contact for Transport Scotland. I am responsible for ensuring that all projects are running smoothly and that any issues or changes are reported to and agreed by Transport Scotland. I manage the finances for the programme and submit claims to TS on a quarterly basis. Most recently, I developed the Governance Plan for the programme to ensure that the cross organisational processes are fit for purpose as projects move towards implementation.- Nestrans ProgrammeI am the primary point of contact for the £2 million Nestrans programme and collate project proposals for the programme on an annual basis. Working with Nestrans, I seek to maximise the number and quality of projects that can be taken forward each year, along with ensuring that these projects meet ACC's priorities and commitments.- Bus Lane EnforcementI lead on the programme for Bus Lane Enforcement Net Surplus, ensuring that the programme meets the requirements of the fund.When I took responsibility for this programme it had been stagnating for several years and required extensive work to understand the current financial position.- Project Management GovernanceMost recently I refreshed the ACC's governance processes with respect to Transport projects. I also represent the interests of young people at national events.
