For 17 years my passion was helping workforces re-connect with learning in a way that motivated staff and added value to the organisation. Through my company McCrudden Partnership I not only won recognition in the TJ Awards and CIPD's People Management Awards; I also had the privilege of working with some incredible organisations and leaders from the NHS to the Natural History Museum, and mining and engineering companies to accountancy firms. Having spent a long time studying and teaching contemporary leadership theories, in 2022 I handed over the reigns to McCrudden Partnership and returned to education myself. As a Doctoral Researcher, I am interested in understanding the skills needed for colleagues to support one another during times of stress and suffering at work.
